Rajiv Trivedi
Executive Vice President, Franchising & Chief Development Officer
With over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry, Rajiv joined La Quinta in 2000. He has served in
a variety of key management roles in the hotel industry, including Cendant Corporation. At Cendant, he served
as Vice President of Franchise Operations, managing Franchise Training, Services and Regional Marketing. Rajiv
also has significant experience in franchising and development outside the hotel industry, with a number of
leading consumer brands. He is active in numerous civic and industry organizations including the Asian American
Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA).

David Wilner
Corporate Vice President, Development
David Wilner is Corporate Vice President, Development with more than 12 years of development and
management experience in the hospitality industry. In David's current role at La Quinta, he directs
and supervises corporate development and franchise sales activities, including management of sales
staff for both national and international growth. David has been with La Quinta since the inception
of the Franchise program in 2001. He started as a Director of Franchise Development and served as
Vice President of Franchise Development for the Western United States and Central America from 2007
through 2009. Prior to joining La Quinta, David worked on Capitol Hill for a Senior United States
Senator. David holds a B.A. in Political Science - University of Arizona, 1997.

Jeff Palla
Vice President of Franchise Operations
Jeff Palla was appointed to the position of Vice President of Franchise Operations in July 2005.
Jeff is an industry veteran with over 16 years of hospitality experience. He joined La Quinta as
a Multi-Unit General Manager in 2000 and was promoted to be a founding member of the franchise
program, as a Franchise Services Director. Before joining La Quinta, Jeff served as a District
Manager for BridgeStreet Accommodations and Multi-Unit General Manager for Red Roof Inn. Prior
to that, he was employed by the Walt Disney Company for 5 years where he served as Guest Service
Manager for various Resort Hotels. Jeff holds an M.P.A. and a B.A. in Marketing from the
University of Central Florida.

Oliver Evancho
Vice President Franchise & Development Administration
Oliver Evancho has more than 12 years experience in the hospitality industry, joining La
Quinta in August 2003. He has served in a variety of management roles within the hotel management
industry, including General Manager, Director of Revenue Management, Operations Statistical
Analysis, Development & Acquisitions and Brand Pricing.

Franchise Service Directors
- In this industry, nothing counts as much as experience. We make sure that the people who assist you in the field have the expertise you need. Therefore, all of our Franchise Service Directors have hands-on experience in hospitality management.
- We require that every director has served in the past as a general manager of a hotel and must have at least five years experience in managing multiple hotels before becoming a La Quinta Franchise Service Director.
- Your La Quinta Franchise Service Director will always serve as your one point of contact for all service and support needs. If there is anything that you need, they are there for you.
- As a brand, we have established an infrastructure to fully support the needs of our franchisees worldwide.
